Hey all, im making a RPG Online Game.. Check-out the screen shots..


here is a Test Player that i still working on it, in left > buttom, you can c status bar, HP - Health, MP - Mana, XP - Experience
in right side > UP, u can c the skill selected, the sill selected now is Empty.
i have maked the Player and the map in 3d max.. its very big map..
The Move Keys are: W - UP, S - Back, A - Turn Left, D - Turn Right, Space - Jump



here is NPC, you can c the arrow on the NPC when you close to him.
you can click on "E" to talk with him...


here is a Chat with NPC.. he asking you to do some quest and he will give you reward.


here is some houses in the game..
in the houses will another NPCs.. and real peoples that playing in Online...



here is a Water and bridge in the game... the swim animation is not done yet, and the water are moving.



here is a Magic Skills Menu "M - button". To the selct the magic right click on it. and to use the magic you need to click on "Q - Use magic"


here u can c a "Double speed" (i will fix the text later)
under the magic you can c the time of, how much time the magic is active and you can c in Mana Bar that it taked -5 mana..


here is a Character Status (C - Button) you can c here your level of all of your items..


here is a Inventory (I - Button), here u can c all of yours Unused items. you can also c how much gold you have.



here is a Chat System that working in Online Mode (Enter, F2 - Buttons), i still need to find out how to make this Chat System Works...


its a People List (P - Button), here you can c the nicks of all Players who is online...

That look really good, can't wait until it is finished, I think you made a lot of typos in the writing.

The images loaded slowly on my 1mps broadband, how big were they? or is there some other reason it was slow

i have bad english, but i will ask my friend to tell me where is the typos to fix..

i have very slow Uploading Speed (only 15KB/s)
and all the images are 4MB..

Is this a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game? Or is it some new breed of online rpg or something like NWN online? Because if you're shooting for a MMORPG let me give some advice right now: Take the good engine you've built and go make a single player game.

well, seing as it has a player list...im guessing it will not be massive, or the player list would be inefficiant. I think he/she is shooting for just an online rpg...which looks pretty damned good from what i've seen before.

MMORPG - Messive Multiplayer Online RPG
ORPG - Online RPG

The diffrence between the two is that MMORPG
can support +1000 on the same server and ORPG
can't, it's like a regular RPG game but for the internet.

btw very nice screenshots.

if im not mistaken I think he figured out another way to draw text on sprites. but I dont remember how

nice game though Better than my rpg project for sure

im using sprite for the red collor, and past image for the background (black color)

Update (18/04):
i have created a new model in 3d max.. (i need to work a little on the face.. )



now there is an effect when you using a Double Speed Skill (u can also cancel the Speed by clicking on "R" key)
its Trail Effect..


Mana Charging now have some little cooler (but ill past some effects to the object..)

now im working on Battle System (the battle system will be like Finaly Fantasy/EverQuest2/Heroes)
i mean 1 on 1, im attacking and then the opponent attacking..

Update(19/04):
now u can use EnergyBall on the Monster to kill him + a little Explosion Effect when then EnergyBall hiting...
there is a levels in the game and i have a little worked on GET experience Rules..

Tomorow ill finish the Battle System and +1 step to finish the game and release the demo
