Ok i know this is gonna be a dumb question, but i usually don’t use matrix but, I am in this instance and I need to know how to rotate a matrix. its laying flat and i need it sideways and I cant figure out the command to do it. I looked in the help files, and could not find it, and rotate matrix don’t work

any help would be appreciated

Gowmars,

If you have searched DarkBasic's commands list, you can confirm with yourself that there is no way to rotate a matrix. I assume you are needing to create some kind of wall, maybe for a cave. However, this is not completely possible to do. By setting the individual heights of the coordinates of a matrix, a flat wall can be acheived. However, a plane or other mesh would do the job much more easily. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Sorry for the bad news.

If you want too rotate your matrix 90°-180°-270°, you can just adjust your matrix heights...

oh thats true i forgot about planes. ill try that and if it doesnt do what i need ill just adjust the matrix height. thanks alot. i usually dont use darkbasic stuff to make my lvls i usually use 3ds max so thats why i didnt know.
