There has never been a German version of MatEdit!

On January 20th, my web host (Feature Price) decided to terminate my account without warning. No e-mail renewal reminders or warning of termination - they just zapped the whole lot. As you can imagine, I was more than a little peeved about this!

I have spent the last two weeks going round in circles with them trying to get some response - without luck. E-mails to them are pointless as they are either not replied to, or they ignore all of your questions and merely point you back to the web page which doesn't work, or an e-mail address which isn't replied to.

I've also spent ages on international phone calls listening to their recorded messages and hours on their non-working 'chat' system.

In the end, I was so wound up with the whole damn bunch of clowns that I fired off a series of less than polite e-mails to them. The result? They've blocked my e-mail address so I can't contact them at all now.

So, I'm in the process of moving the website to another host - something I could do without at the moment, but they don't owe me anything as I've had what I paid for.

Remember the name Feature Price though - and avoid it like the plague. They are a OK host, but total crap when it comes to service - they don't have any.

The MatEdit web site will be back soon.

It is another program with the same name.

[href]www.matedit.com[/href] is now up and running, but only with a skeleton service. You can d/l MatEdit V1.6 though if you need it.

First time users need file 1 - not file 2.
