Facts are meaningless.
You could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true.

Interesting. Here's hoping that Adobe will lower the price on Flash MX

Ugh, that's stupid.

Now dreamweaver is going to become all Adobe-ish

and they'll scrap fireworks.

Now I hate everyone.

If dreamweaver goes all Adobe-ish and mac looky-likey and I'm gonna be well hacked off as I can't stand Adobe products.

I'm just about to buy Macromedia Studio MX 2004 with Flash Pro, but what's the betting a new Macromedia-Adobe mega version will come out in a few months making my (I mean my bosses ) purchase a waste of money.

Boo!

I love Flash MX.

I seriously doubt that Macromedia's products will benefit from this transaction. I can only see an amazing product going downhill from here.

Just like when they bought Syntrillium (the makers of Cool Edit) two years ago. Before Adobe bought Syntrillium, you could buy Cool Edit for $100. After they sold out to Adobe, it changed its name and now its $300.

this deal is gonna suck. personally i hate the interface of most adobe products because all the tools are in little dialogs, rather that being part of the main window as toolbars (like the macromedia apps are), and i fear adobe will "adoberise" the macromedia apps

Well, I've always preferred Fireworks MX over Illustrator CS... let's see how this one plays out...
