Well for one thing your user account at the site is deactivated, and another thing this is clearly just a scam. Who in their right mind would pay some random forum member to display their sig? Doesn't make sense.

Edit; They seem to have some technical difficulty thatis cauing the apparent 'de-activated account' thing, its happening all over the place

No, I didn't read the site because I'm too busy. Normally a forum poster is more clear when he wants people to visit an outside link. From what it sounds like, from what you wrote, you want us to pay you $1 to replace your sig with our ad.
