i just installed avg since my subscription on norton nav ran outand now i find out i have a virus not detected by fully updated nav
so once again avg is the best

but it cant get rid of the virus it says its because it is in a embedded object so how do i fix that? or would it just be safe to delete it

btw it is in my documents and settings\jordan\application settings so would it be safe to delete it or should i just leave it there and disable java like a few things said that i googled

The best virus checking I have found is AntiVir from [href]www.free-av.com[/href].

It found 3 virii on my PC that Norton, McAffee, AVG and a free online scanner thingy all completely ignored (one of these viruses was hidden in a Zip file that was 3 years old!!).
