I am doing this code and can't seam to get the light were I want it so that its like the sun over my shoulder.

Why is your light postioned at -600??

just use the light as a normal object and position it where you want the sun to be. Also, you might want to set the ambient light quite low so it just looks like youi are using sunlight

Part of solving the problem is actually noticing that the problem is there in the first place

This is strange but we be learning all time, making a small solar system to zoom around is become more of challage that I thought.

But it sure teaches you how to make and put your 3D object.

Try positioning your light more around 0,600,0 and see if thats a bit closer.
