Which one do you guys think I should use? I'm currently using OGRE and hadn't begun on it yet, but it only claims to be a graphic engine, but Crystal Space claims to be a game engine. Others say that Crystal Space lacks collision, but OGRE is only a graphics engine and lacks speed and has long loading times as one says. Both graphics are good. Crystal Space's download is about 20 to 29 megs while OGRE is 5 megs only with other supporting compilers but i used Dev Cpp and is 10 megs long. and need the demos to know how it works. The demo was said to also include skyboxes and everything to know. but Crystal Spaces forum is kinda new and doesn't have much. This is all i can remember, but both supports DirectX and Open Gl. so which one do you guys think that is good?

Check game demos of both, and go for the one that you like best.

OGRE3D is open source (Open Graphics Rendering Engine, heh) so if there is something you'd like to alter you can quite easily.

Not heard of Crystal Space before. so hard to compare

just go to google or yahoo and find out about Crystal Space and it runs on pretty much on most compilers like borland, blood shed dev cpp, visual c ++, and some others. In my opinion when i saw these I just knew it was better than darkbasic, but i don't hate darkbasic by the way. I appreciate DarkBASIC for it's simplicity and quickness. By the way I still learn a lot from this place. From what I heard most is that Crystal Space is better the bad thing about it is it's 20 megs of download and also from other critics said that lack of a good built in collision, but that can be fixed with a good collision program like Nuclear Glory.
