hello, i am nanopod.
i am a groovy and very fast arcade shooter
i'm good with gamepads and household pets.
i don't eat much (less than 10 meg as a rar)
i won't poopascoop on your carpet
and i won't bite the kids, honest.

i will drive you insane.
i will make your fingers bleed
i will kill your keyboard
i will cause hairloss
but other than those minor details,
i think you'll like me.

please help a homeless program.

regards, and thanks for your time. geecee3.

I could host it. I've got about 5 gigs of space doing almost nothing.
You can contact me via email (hyrum@r*l*i*g*h*t*s.com)

I just don't really like it when I'm confused about what the point is, it just appeals to me when things are straight out. Don't get me wrong, the post is a clever one and I think it's nice in that aspect. ['nuff said]

i used to have a dbspot account, but the server went AWOL one day, and TEH JIMMY, god bless him. had decided to move on. so i was under the impression dbspot was no more. It's good to see the mad american is up to his old tricks again. WOOT.

it's not just this little game that needs hosting, I have also made a scrolling landscape demo that shows what really can be done with a bit of imagination and DBP, tonns of seamless cube maps, skydrops and over 100 properly spaced bitmap fonts for the massive to use in their proggies.

Sorry if the original post is a bit lame, i thought it would be a good idea, mabey not.

@hyrichter, thanks m8. i may just take you up on your kind offer.

regards and thanks in abundance, geecee3.

ps. the 3 people who have played nanopod so far, seem to think it's really quite good. if you have ever played SPORE on the C64 then you'll know what to expect. only this plays more like robotron on amphetamines.(if you've got a better card than a 440MX you'r playing at 60FPS. FX5200 owners stand no chance though, coz i can COUNT faster than that piece of crap)

Quite, but thanks for giving the rest of the world a nice example to stand by our nice stereotype.

F*** off, my FX5200 runs rings around the 440MX. When your 440MX can run Doom3 at 50fps on High Quality and Half-Life 2 at 45fps on Medium Settings, then you can come back and bad mouth the budget end FX.

Despite the insult, I could see my way to providing you with web-space (and maybe a sub-domain on either puffinteractive.com or rstudio.co.uk) to do with as you please. That's not an open offer to anyone who wants the space though, but I've played some of your stuff before and it was fun..
