Here, this should clear things up:
[Hosting Staff]
You are giving away free web hosting and that is against our TOS. I even signed up for an account
You need to get dbspot and all of the sites off the server within 24 hrs or I will terminate them myself. This is a flagrant violation as you have near 100 free accounts. There is no options 24hrs and they will be deleted. I am suspending all of them as we speak. Why do you think you can just do this and think it is ok? Find another hosting company immediately as the accounts will be deleted in 24hrs.

I’m not just providing free hosting, I’m reselling it for $0.00
I’m paying for reseller hosting, am I not? This is what resellers do, they provide hosting for a price they deem worthy. I chose the price of $0.00. If you’d like I could make it official and make sure my clients are aware that they are paying $0.00 for this hosting.
Regards,
James

24hrs and your accounts are deleted. You are giving away hosting. $0.00 is free. Don`t play games with us. Get the accounts off the server immediately.
[Jimmy]
Again, you suspended MY account, please enable it so I can conform.
Thanks,
James
[Hosting Staff]
You have access. Transfer all your sites off the server immediately. As your resellers account will be terminated in the same 24hrs as we cannot trust a person that flagrantly violates the TOS and comes up with such an unreasonable answer to the TOS violation. $0.00 = FREE.
[Jimmy]
Thanks.
So you know, I do not have 100 hosting accounts, I have 57. People can sign up for my site without getting hosting, it’s just an added feature that I don’t advertise very much. The site is more of an internet community, with webspace as a benefit to those who really need it. I’m sorry for breaking the TOS, I just skipped that section after reading ‘no warez’ and figured that’s what the rest of it was about. Even still, If I had been charging for hosting and had 57 clients, you’d find some other lame excuse to terminate my account. This is how it always goes with crappy hosting providers, I’m pretty used to it by now, so don’t feel too bad.
Anyway, I’m all packed up now and out of your hair.
Oh and one more thing, I would have appreciated it if you hadn’t rummaged through the dbspot user database, that’s just unethical and a blatant invasion of privacy.
Thanks again for your incompetent service,
James

You very wrong you idiot as I have resellers with 100+ accounts and they are still growing as they are following the rules. Typical excuse from a TOS violater. I see morons like you once in awhile and just because you screwed up and didn`t read the TOS you have to blame it on the hosting provider. Get alife and be on your way
I never went through your database either so there is another worthless lie from a worthless ex customer
With your crappy attitude no wonder you can`t keep a hosting company very long.
[Jimmy]
Yes, you did go through my database, where else did you get that 100 number from? Because, as far as I can tell, you only signed up for my site and not for hosting. As I explained earlier there is a difference between the two. I have 98 website users and 57 with hosting. That’s 41 people (you included) that do not have hosting. So when you say I have 100 accounts hosted, I’ll assume you are referring to the 98 in my user database and not the 57 FTP accounts I’ve actually created and I’ll have assumed correctly.
I’ll admit, it is my fault I’ve been through so many hosting companies, but only because I made the mistake of finding cheap and horribly run providers on ebay. This is the first time I’ve been terminated for TOS violation, the other times were because I was just taking up too much space (which was not a violation, they just lied about what they had for me) or their company goes belly up.
And let me just say, this barrage of personal attacks is very professional, I’m sure glad I never left you feedback up to this point.
Best wishes,
James

The nuber shows in the sub domains you idiot in my WHM
Maybe you need to learn more about hosting and how to read before opening your pothole
I will be glad to fix your feedback up as well so go for it
You are wrong and were wrong and that is why you got dropped from the server. You arttacked me with your childish stuff about my hosting company because you failed to read
Do what you gotta do but be a man and be on your way as you were the one that screwed your hosting account up!
[Jimmy]
I had 59 subdomains, smart guy. I suppose you just like to exaggerate.
I have more knowledge of hosting in my belly button than you could ever dream to have. The reason I purchase these cheap hosts is because I provide a free service, if I wanted to I could pay for the connections and run my own datacenter. You’re just a reseller providing reseller. You click a button that creates accounts and another that terminates them. (Oh, let’s not forget the suspend button, which you so adore. Telling me to fix problems with my account after you suspend it, that’s real hosting genius at work) That’s all there is to it. I’d like to see you TRY to actually build, implement and manage an actual web server.
Don’t tell me to be a man while you act so immaturely. Tell me, what is the difference between providing free hosting that I selectively approve, and monitor, case by case, and charging for it? What if I charge $0.01/month for it, would it really make a difference? I’m not out there advertising free webhosting to get massive amounts of clients. I set out to provide an alternative to free hosts like freewebs or geocities for a relatively small number of people in an internet community.
I believe you are just like the others, can’t back up your claims as to how much bandwidth and space you have available. I saw the specs on the server and have no reason not to believe so. Now, don’t get me wrong, I perfectly understand why that rule is in place. I’m aware that free hosting providers get lots of traffic, lots of business and lots of trouble, which is why I didn’t advertise. The majority of the people that signed up were referred by me, personally and they referred their friends.
So, I just want you to know that despite your constant insults I did not set out to violate your TOS. For instance, when I accidentally canceled my paypal subscription and you got smart with me. If you’ll notice, in the TOS on your ebay auction it does not mention anything about instant termination on canceled subscriptions, I noticed that in the beginning, but adhered to your policy anyway. Then when you found that gaming site, I deleted it as soon as I could. I’ve tried to be civil with you, but have been a pain in the neck from the start.
So, in conclusion: Go screw yourself.
Love,
James
