I have made 5 fps game in db pro and have experiance in python, but am finding it difficult to iron out the problems in my rpg battle system (only the beginning of it), any help availible would be very welcome. Thank you.

Heh, looks like your post finally posted. I think we solved your problem on the IRC but if not post here and Ill help some more. Remember, use endif if you're not using then.

what is the keyboard character for between and how would you use it with the random command.
e.g
Enemyfattack#= Rnd()90 130
I want to say between 90 and 130

Also how would one go about implementing character turns. Example enemy then character based on speed. I tried the wait command. One question I have about this though is that it is described as pausing the program, how would you get around this so that one characters time could fill while anothers is waiting. I have supplied some source code, if I use seperate loops will they operate seperatly concerning the wait command

sorry doulbe post it won't allow me to edit the post it says that there is an unknown system error.The cls clock command did not work so I then tried the time command it is better but not fully working, can someone help it is stored in codebase as JV battle engine, or on pastebin at http://pastebin.kentaree-studios.com/showcode.asp?number=268. I want the monster(ninja in this case) and the palyer to act independantly time wise does anyone have any ideas/ can any of you help.
