The Master is dead. Executed by the Daleks in the 1996 TV movie. He managed to come back to life via the power of the Doctor's TARDIS, but then ultimately fell into the eye of harmony (the pompous name given to the singularity powering the Tardis) and was utterly destroyed.

I dont think the Doctors very good at this time travel lark, he should get Bill and Ted to sort the Daleks, they didn`t have any problem going around again to fix problems they had the first time around (they travel in a phone box too....related???), wonder how a Dalek would do air guitar?
