Hi all,

Just a thought, a few of you might like to see if they can finsh this game off.

1. like finsh wins lines dectection.
2. Put in a line to say where win is.
3. make a handle or push button in stead of spacebar.
4. put a cover over the reels.

Um.... it's a bit messy?

Seriously, try cleaning it up a bit.

In theory, if you're going to show someone your code, they should be able to look at a line and know instantly what it's purpouse is and what role it performs, via comments.

Ok criticism accept, so what order would you suggest it should show,
were is it lacking info.

Didn't want to overload it with too many rem statements as this sometimes stops you seeing what it is doing...

anyone else think it a bit messy.

Ok, I am a newbie.

Sort of like a confession isn't it? You asked for it so here are my thoughts on your code. Use the rem statement to add some seperation to your code. For me it adds that extra bit of 'organization'. Helps me remember what the heck I was thinking when I go back to try and figure out why it doesn't work. I think if you do that and actually look at where you are indenting your lines and whether you are being consistent with your form or not you will have a much easier time. Until then I will try to figure out what you are doing with it and try to make it work for myself. hands on learning and all that. Thanks for the code.

Sarge thanks for your input. Thats helping me understand how I should be posting things on here, and yes I should be rem-ing much more as like you say you can come back to some code month or years later and think what the ?????.
