Newcomers DBPro Corner / Music takes Forever to Load!

Im using DBC, and I have some music that lasts for 2'32. Whenever I play it, it takes it almost 5 min. to load!!! Is there any command that will make it pre-load the music, so I don't have to wait during the game for it to start playing?

Am I dead yet?

Flaming Ghost,

Are you loading the music file at the beginning of your source code? If not, this should keep the game from a delay in listen time. Load it ahead of time, and play when needed.

Is it a .WAV file? Those are bigger and should therefore chew up more memory than, say, an .mp3 or midi file, taking longer to load also
