Hey all.

Alright, I have a question that's really been bothering me for quite awhile:

The commands newxvalue, newzvalue, etc., I know how to use them, and I know -what- to use them for, but does anyone know what they're actually doing?

What mathematical computations they are actually performing? I know they involve trigonometric functions, but I can't discern what operations they're performing from three input variables.

Any ideas?

I'm fairly sure newxvalue(a, b, c) is doing a+(sin(b)*c) and newzvalue(a, b, c) is doing a+(cos(b)*c). Quite what newyvalue is doing I'm not sure. Possibly some combination of the two. These aren't quite the 3d trigonometric commands I use for 3d flight, mine use 2 angles each, except for the y value.

Thanks a lot, Darthster. ^^ That helped quite a bit!
