ChopShop(Cartography shop)

any 3d package that can export out and get the file into an x format is possibly an alternative also.
Using the inbuilt converter supplied with DBP.
Some more work needs to make it just right and that shouldnt be too far off yet.


Be aware of the liscences for each package ranges substantially.
