I am making a text based rpg game and i am having lots of problems my first problem is level gain when you gain a level the stats wont follow they will stay the same??

help on the one under "rpg game problems", he accidentally posted twice, right now he's working on a battle system, and i'm, trying to think of ways to do accuracy.
