I have a new health(a cross) and I need to know how to add a glowing effect from it

What your asking is a bit vague, but:

1. You could make a plain, texture, make transparent and have it rotate so that it's always facing the camera.

2. You could make a plain, texture, make transparent and position it so that is lying on the ground.

3. You could just stick a light there.

4. You could combine them.

Probably not possible.
FPSC does for now mostly just
support the shaders that are
supplied with the application.
(It is open for experimentation. )
