Can anyone tell me what kind of restrictions the new commercisl DarkSDK license agreement puts on developers? I know it says non-restrictive, but does that refer only to the part that permits creating commercial games? Does the new license agreement still require developers to put a DarkSDK message on packaging, media, and its license agreement?

I hope the answer to this question is no. Developing a product with such a footnote gives the perception that the game was created using some kind of game creator, eg: 3D Game Maker, instead of a viable C++ created commercial game.

BTW: Will the commercial EULA be made available for download just as the other licenses have been?
