Either that or i have missed 60 minutes of technology.
(appologies to those on 320x240 resolutions... although you probably won't find it retarded)

When the end of time has passed, and the history books have all been closed, I doubt that this question alone will qualify as "The worlds most ultimatly retarded newsgroup question".

Funny you should mention the most retarded newsgroup thread.
Earlier today I come across a forum of chavs (chavscum.co.uk) attempting to talk about einstein.

Beer not Bombs
Einstein's theory
E = mc squared

C doesn't mean anything therefore it is just something Einstein made up to make him sound smart.

Beer not Bombs
I wonder if it's possible to make a tardis. I wouldn't mind one for christmas.

if you build a tardis, you can go back to last year when medals were the in thing and get one.

Is it smaller than a salt? (apologies to Ali G) Seriously, though, does it have a tactile quality?
Only I got to the end of my (limited) knowledge the other day when my son asked me if you can feel a rainbow.

Know why your told over and over and over again about gravity? Because no matter how many <censored> times you
are told you <censored> <censored> <censored> don't <censored> get it. Gravity does not pull <censored>
downward you <censored> <censored>. It pulls toward the centre of mass. We spend a whole <censored> lesson
(plus whatever revision time you waste) trying to drum that into your <censored> head. NOT DOWN, TOWARD THE
CENTRE OF MASS YOU <censored>.

How many more times do I have to write pages of notes about how you have to travel faster than someone to
overtake them?

How many more times do I have to answer stupid questions such as "If you are travelling at 10 metres per
second, how far will you travel in a second?"

It's a waste of time.

Amen to that, but i dunno about you but if a teacher started trying to teach me this kind of physics in KS3, i
would have lost intrested very quickly as it would have been over my head.

...

I think you get the gist....

Interestingly, last year in school we actually did learn all those topics in Physics. Einstein's Theory of Relativity (e=mc^2), Photonics, and even Motion (and gravity). So there you go.

Facts are meaningless.
You could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true.

Usually, the default response is "helpful", especially in Knowledge Base software. So, if you don't rate it, it assumes you found it helpful and cranks the counter up a notch.

That would actually be Divide by Zero that you are talking to.

That is fairly minor, I mean I've experienced worse than that from supposed clever folk.

Like the microchip development engineer who had a problem with his keyboard - turns out the problem was the folder he had sitting on top of it pressing most of the keys at once.

People complaining about not being able to print, then it turns out their printer is switched off.

A crazy new employee (marketing ) brought in her laptop for me to hook into our network to give her web access, her Chinese laptop. She actually looked really surprised when I told her I could'nt read Chinese.

Surely they aren't that stupid, I have a few good friends on that forum studying for a master's degree. Don't let the stupidity of a couple of n00bs colour your own snobbish opinion, not everyone can know anything.

I seem to be having this tremendous problem with my lifestyle
