You made an ENTIRE town? I don't know how to help you there, I'm quite new to DARKbasic (all I've done is 'dabble' in the arts of 3D pacman so far) but, just out of interest, how long did it take you to do it?

If you made a matrix with object on them, the matrix is slower than an x objct becouse it has textures on 2 sides (top, bottom).

And there should be a dll. wich calculates the x objcet collision.

But if you just made a matrix:

I have a code for jumping if you want

Are you using a matrix for your ground? If you are, you can use the get ground height function to determine the height of your player.

If you're using a .x model, then Nuclear Glory is definitely the way to go. However, you do need the enchanced version of DBC, plus Nuclear Glory costs about $15. But it's more than worth it.
