Did anyone else here ever watch the show called The Tomorrow People on Nickelodeon in the early 80's? Or did anyone else here ever see it before that?

Well, my dreams have come true - it's coming out on DVD at the end of the Month!

Quote: "A cult 1970s British television show, THE TOMORROW PEOPLE picked up a US audience after airing on the Nickelodeon channel in the 1980s. A group of teenagers discover they possess some remarkable powers, and set up base with their computer (named Tim) in an underground bunker. From this secreted location they use their telekinesis, teleportation, and telepathy skills to thwart some dangerous sources from beyond the stars. A show that deserves to stand alongside other British sci-fi series' such as BLAKES SEVEN and DOCTOR WHO, the first two seasons of THE TOMORROW PEOPLE are collected here. "

Hehe, it's good to know there's people on this forum who still remember and long for 70's sci-fi . Personally I can't wait for Terrahawks to come out on DVD.

I can't say I remember too much about the Tommorow People, I don't think I watched many episodes but it looks familiar.

Yeah! Tomorrows people! I saw 3 epsidodes (when my dad was clearing out old tapes)

But then again.. The spoof I watched was funnier (which kept enforcing the fact that people of the future will live in giant mechanical snails...)
