No demo yet but here is a screenie:

The idea is to turn all of the rocks into gold. You achieve it by placing shapes onto the play area. You can only place a shape adjacent to another one of the same shape or colour.

Thats no reason! If you make something that is worth playing you kinda want it to be well presented. That and the prize of course. Looks good man (or woman...well you never know)

Update

I have changed the graphics and incorperated scoring.

Still to do:

Bombs - to destroy tiles previously placed.
Options - Sound/Resolution etc.
Hi-score table
Sounds
Three discard limit.

After that it will be complete but I might use the extra time available to incorperate some graphical tweaks.

Thanks mattman

I am working nightshift all next week and they are only 4 hour nights so I will have lots of time to work on this - I should have a demo up pretty soon.

Thanks for the words of encouragement

I have made a bomb ... not sure if I like it though, I might change it yet

Anyway I have also got the three discard limit working now. It is by represented by a green bubbling chemical filling up a jar as seen in the screeny.

I still need to put in a high score table and then add some sounds and music but everything else is now working beautifully

I just have the sounds and music to add now. I got very bored searching the web for royalty free music that would fit with the game. So instead I started experimenting with different skins.

I don't know if they will make it into the release or not. It al depends on the size of the finished game (15Mb limit).

Here they are:

Burled Wood

Green Goo

Titanium

Leather

Coral Snake

Ice

Nut

Black Marble

Industrial
