in the state of vermont well probably in all states i have no idea, but in vermont every year the eigth grade ( which im in) has this thing called project citizen, there are teams of groups in ech school and town. and then after a few weeks there are jugdingin the school and whoever places third second or first goes to the state house. my group one 3rd so we went to the state house. our project citizen problem was restoring uner god from the pledge and today was the state jugding and my team one 1st (Championship portfolio) so now all of our research binders and all that goes to dallas T.X., so then we wait for the judging there. but anyways I WON FIRST PLACE!!!

Wait, I can't tell if you mean restoring under god to the pledge or removing under god from the pledge.

Good thing your project wasn't spelling and grammar

Er, but seriously, whichever one it is, congrats.

@alkaline
well thats what this as about, the policy we found was to restore the pledge back to its origanal version not the way it is now. first we decided to take out under god but then that would angry alot more christians so it would just be better to bring back to old version.
and no it wasnt on spelling and grammer well it was but i use spell check on microsoft word he he

yes but just taking out under god might upset some christians and we all thought it would be more helpful if all of it was changed in other words back to its older version.

Don't start a religious debate.

100% congrats on the win mate, but quick question. Why base your project on what would make others happy, instead of what you really believed in?

Hope you're project goes all the way.
