My psychology assignment was to make a 3-5minute video on some aspect of Social Psychology that we covered. So while everyone busted out their video cams, i went straight to the computer. I decided it would be unique to make a flash movie rather than a recorded "me" pretending he knows something. I have finally finished my flash movie and need some help.

Is there anyone with some video editing software and skill, that could basically record my flash movie off my website and turn it into some video format that is recognized by WMP as standard. I need it to be full screen, so recorded without the browser around it. Can anyone do this? I would greatly appreciate the help as I am unable and I need this grade(not sure if my teacher will let me use anything other than WMP to play it).

Thanks again,

-David J. Leys

[edit] oh yea, the movie is uploaded to http://www.davidzworld.net/movies/(1024x768)

Yea, I would, but I think my teacher requires it to be playable in Windows Media Player.

export your flash movie as a mov or an avi and convert it.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself

Next question(i feel stupid for asking this): what is the standard movie file for Windows Media Player, what file format can it always play without any additional codecs(just want to make sure it will play at school)?

every video file needs a codec, read this page for a list of common ones.

I have FRAPS, but it works horribly on my computer, not to mention the restrictions with free version.
