Gamers on this forum are generally too young to appreciate the importance of this, Eric

Ahhh, man, I was so HOPING tactics ruined them.

It's like after you undergo kimo and the doctor says you're free of the cancer and you're happy again and you can pull the gun out of your mouth, then 2 years later it's back, undetected and worse than before and your body blimps out with pus and you accidentally brush against the carpet too hard and your skin tears open and the yellowish blood-tinted goo floods the entire upper level of your house and the pain is so unbearable that you pass out and drown in it.

heh. funny thing is it did.
Fallout 3 is by someone else, but the same publisher. God knows if it'll live up to the 'fans' acclaim.

If you want a good Fallout 3 style game though, that is a little more user friendly 'Restricted Zone' a :gasp: PureBASIC game, is quite good.

Well anyways, I'll be more excited about a sequal when ya know they have a lil more to show then a logo. I mean if people did that here in the WIP they'd be flamed to hell and back.

Oh my god, really?

The poster has Bethesda on it twice in case anyone was living under a rock eight months ago and missed the press release, FFS

Really, that's just insulting. Please spare me kind Oldies. And yes not only have I *heard* of Fallout but I also actually *gasp* played it! (I still prefered Jagged Alliance)

What constitutes young? I've played Fallout, for about five minutes, then I had to leave, it was at my friend's place. I'll have to go looking in the bargain bin now, then get the new one, looks pretty sexy.
