Hmmm, Not sure if you drag and drop, but then again I never tried it through the browser. I just assumed you were using an ftp program like "cute Ftp". It's free. You would get an error if you tried to open the incoming folder because I'm guessing that the browser would try to display the contents, which the anonymous login does not have permission to do.
Windows XP has ftp from the command line. It's not that hard to use
just open the command prompt (start->All programs->accessories command prompt
1. type "FTP"
2. type "O" to open ftp connection
you will get a "to:" prompt
3. type "ftp.thegamecreators.com"
you will get a prompt to enter username
4. type "anonymous"
you will get a prompt to enter password
5. type (your email address)
6. type "ls" to see the directory
7. type "cd incoming" to change to the incoming directory
8. type "put yourfile.zip"
9. type quit to exit ftp
Note you can also use the send command instead of put.
Send filename.zip
Be sure to the path of the local file
send c:yourfile.zip
You won't be able to ls in the incoming folder as stated above.
Now perhaps I'm just and old schooler, it's quite possible that you can just drag and drop in your browser. I just always use an FTP client and I like command line tools.
