Ok, I have a header up on my site: http://www.davidzworld.net but i need to edit that border bar to essentially make a "corner" piece of it. I only have the header in jpg format to work from and I have no idea how nor the capability to do this.

This image explains what I want to do:

Anyone with some free time want to help me out here? I just need that border edited into a corner section that could connect a vertical and horizontal piece of the gradiant and stay seamless. Please contact me if you would like to help out.

Thank you,

David J. Leys(over 16)

Hi,

Please do not give out your full name if you're under 16. If you're not and I have you mistaken with somebody else, feel free to edit it back in.

Easy, go to Photoshop, take one part in one layer and cut it at a diagnol and the other part going horizontally cut at another diagnol so that they look the same. You might need to use some blurring to make it look the same.

Would this not be a case of MSPaint and Tables are your friends?
Unless I completely miss what your trying to achieve..

If I understand you want the boarder around the text box to be the silvery bar from the bottom of your header; being the case, then just create a table and then add it as a style="Background-src:url('link.jpg'); Background-repeat-x=1;"

just made a small version of the image of a pixel across then save it for the bottom and rotate 90 deg and save again. small pixel files load quickly. If you use a javascript you can force the page to preload everything first which speeds up the image loading as they have bandwidth priority, allowing it to link directly rather than search for the files it needs.

if not then i think you need a better explaination.

The part where the border around my box meets the border around the header, i first want it to be the same border, and second, i want it to smoothly flow into the header bar rather than just collide with it.

Why? I understand that you wish to protect people etc., but isn't it our own choice whether we give our full name?

I did try Air Brushing it and it looks like it did the trick but the effect just doesn't look as smooth as the rest of the bar. Your best bet is to place a small border around those bars and connect them as it is.

It's also your choice to break any of the other rules.

Like this:

Pirating software is good.
Email me for ways to pirate software and to receive anything from my collection of pirated softwarez, including all of The Game Creators' products.

Neither is having sex with Michael Jackson, but you avoid it anyway, because it's just wrong.

Not giving out your full name freely on the internet is just common sense. If you lack that, then no forum moderators can help you.

Ever.

Ok, new graphics request:

I am going to be working on a gaming website and need some that is extraordinarily good at making web graphics. I am willing to pay $100 to someone if they are willing to help me out. Money would probably be transfered through paypal. So, if anyone wants to help make graphics for a gaming website, then please contact me. I will only choose one person, as I only have $100. Please provide previous work too because I need these to be top-notch.

Thank You,

-David
