There is also http://www.3dcafe.com is a nice free source. Course, if you going to sell the game, then you may have issues but they may be free (check the notices)

You can also check http://www.turbosquid.com which has a large collection of models at ok prices.

Enjoy making your Role Playing Game!

well to make "Oreginal" game and "Legal" you need to make models/textures/codes by your self, cuz if not, so thats mean that u didnt created the game..

Ok, I read that about 4 times and I think this is what your trying to say GogetaX:

Quote: "well to make "Oreginal" game and "Legal" you need to make models/textures/codes by your self, cuz if not, so thats mean that u didnt created the game.."

Well to make an "Original" and "Legal" game, you need to make the models/textures/code by yourself because if you do not, it means that you did not create the game.

But I understand it now. Best of luck Metel Artz.

It technoly is not illegal to use "free" models/textures/etc. as long as your aloud to use them for whatever reason you may need them.

I have to agree with GogetaX about free code. It is not your game if you use someone else's code. If you are learning from someone's code and using similar ideas but not using the "copy and paste" approch then it is not as bad.

learn more about DB before embarking on a project of that size. Ive spent quite a while perfecting one over the years with tinker timeframes.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself

well now ive started it. im working on the character model. but i was wondering how i put the character in the game is it
would it be that? havent tryed it yet but i will.

@indi,
i cant really learn any dbpro becuase ive only really seen about two places for tutorials or things like that and in the tut's they just state the VERY basics of it stuff i already know like input, print, and if commands. were are the more "advanced" tutorials?

I assume you have the full version and not the trial? I only have the trial, and if you read through the help file you will figure out enough to get started. Heck, even I have made my own objects and added them into that crappy FPS tut on the help file.
