Hey does anyone know what a .erf file opens with?

o, ok, yeah, it was the type of file for a texture pack with KOTORII, i was gonna see if i could open it . So could i open it with anything?

God no. Only with a specially designed tool. Try searching for one on KOTOR mod communities (if any exist?)
