Wassup Dudes and Dudettes?

This is my first post here. I'm new to this whole DB programming concept and so could do with any help you can throw at me. I would like to make a client based game such as Drug lord 2, if any of you have heard of it. It's it a very simple game but i believe it requires a lot of knowledge to create it. Here's an image below...


I want to make a game like this but one of which you buy and sell shares in businesses. This game would need randomisation of the share rating etc. But first i need to know how to make the client and skeleton for the program.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hm, never tried to make a game of that style in DBC... nor got interested, I know a game named Gazillionaire though, was nice xD. But anyhow.. hm, yeah, you -could- make one and isn't impossible.. but internet based and stuff.. eh, never got around it.

All I can say it's that, it's possible, if you work hard enough

You would probably have better luck with Visual Basic or C++. Simply because of all the text boxes and list boxes and such.

Or you could make your own in Photoshop, Paint, etc. Then get the mouse position to make the buttons clickable. And, this is a possible game to make, the network is what I would have a problem with....

It's a DLL, wich allows you to have an interface that looks exactly like the one windows has...
