Hi there, I am having trouble displaying even a simple thing like a plane and assigning a texture to it. Is there anyone out there who can show me how to do it? I am using the trial of DBPro, I have had a go but feel I am doing something stupid.

I have attatched the snippet (I think, I just don't know where I am making my mistake!)

Thankyou for any replies I get.

I think it's because you don't update the screen. Put in a "sync" right before the wait key.

[EDIT]

No wait. Just use this code instead :

that adds a loop to the program, so you can see the plain.

AH!!!!!!!! I am some stupid sometimes. Also, have u noticed, i was trying to texture the plain with itself instead of the bitmap loaded into bank 2? Now THAT'S dumb.

Thanks a load for the code-help KLU 007. I am gonna have some fun with that.
