Geek Culture / FTP via Command prompt - permission denied

Im trying to upload my entry for the puzzel competition using Command prompt, but when it tell it to send the file i get "Permission denied; you may only upload to an incoming directory". How do i set it to an incoming directory?

The process would go like this (this is what you enter at the command prompt)

ftp ftp.thegamecreators.com
anonymous
your@email.address
cd incoming
bin
hash
put yourgame.zip
exit
