Can ANYONE name a program other than 3DS max that can export animations that DBC can read? Does all animation HAVE to be done internally from Darkbasic? Should I just upgrade to DBPro?

Well, maybe you can create an application with darkbasic that can store animation data? You'll be the first

so i can export animation data from 3d canvas and DBC will definitely read it? If not, im trashing DBC. It aint worth a zillion years of programming to make simple animations or pay 3000$ for additional software when there are literally hundreds out there that can do the same damned thing (pardon my language)for less or even free. Ill stick to FPSC if this dont roll over, i mean come on! I can do everything with DBC BUT the animations. What did I pay for?

I found that trueSpace, gameSpace, and Milkshape work well.

They deleted most of the animation commands from DBPro but in DBC you definetly could make a program that creates animations then saves them
