I can connect to the network, but it appears to ignore all commands, IE no response from nickserv, chanserv, can't join any channels... ditto for Quoth & his client. Whatever Eric screwed up-- fix it already

Only mouse it seems had been shunned. As for quoth, well, he may want to check his equipment.

As for the shunning, I have no clue, and I cannot remove it as my O-Line is messed and won't let me deal with shuns:

Shunned means unable to perform any commands on an IRC network where you are shunned...

And I think quoth was shunned too... just can't find it..

Hey, The problem was that CR shunned Quoth because he spontaniously pmed him. He probably didn't realise that by shunning Qouth, he'd shun you

Ok, Mouse sorry! I shunned the annoying bot forgetting it was your bot. I dont think you were on at the time (could be wrong). Anyway the shun should be removed by Mikey already and the side effect was purely accidental. Sorry 'bout that.

Moral of the story: don't have irc bots that pm people, especially server ops
