For some reason when I startup games they immediately go into a minimized state this started to happen after I installed KOTAR II which I removed do to extreme bordem of, and the new Battlefield 2 Demo, any reasons that you can think of for this?

I believe that happens when you run the cracked EXE for KOTAR II. It corrupts your DirectX DLLs.

You'll have to reinstall DX and stop pirating.

Wll, just did anti spyware/virus scans and it turend up something that I got rid of, but to still no avail, any other suggestions?

Nevermind, windows was way ahead of me, it downloaded directx and rebooted my comp before i knew what hit me.

Windows does that all the time with me. Sometimes it gets perverted and starts browsing porn sites all by itself. Then I have to buy new copies
