Is i possibleto do voice overs? I mean, like record a voice, then position the camera on the character and play the recorded voice in a wav or mp3 file? If so, how? And what is the coding?

If this is possible, I need a voice for my main character... lol position is open

Alright, the main character is a SWAT guy, thats looks like hes from 35 to 45 years old. I can't really tell. Any one willing to do a deep voice for him?

We can talk via e-mail, or AOL IM. I can request what I need him to say, you can record the voice, and send the voice file to me...
Or is this a little too much too ask?

Check out interactivevoices.com if you've got a bit of money. $100 should suffice.

I can recommend MikeBossard as well > MikeBossard.com
