This has happend 3 times now, the first time i though it a coincidence, the second, i was getting suspicious, the third i am almost certain, whil browsing the froums on this site, my pc has been attacked by numerous spyware and adware software. And to top it all, this time a trojan tried infecting my computer! I hope to god my anti-virus and firewall have found evrything that this site has thrown at me. I am wondering if anyone else is having this pronlem or is it just me?

Which site are you talking about? TGC?

I have Anti-virus, anti-spyware and a bunch of other junk running to protect me from threats... i've never had a problem from this site before.

What exactly makes you think anything is wrong?

install tea timer with the latst spybot seach and destroy, then activate it so you can see the resulting spyware for each page. i doubt this place has any at all.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 

I apoligize for my earlier accusations. I have been trying to fix my computer for a few hours now, and this is the first time that i can get on the internet without being notified of a trojan trying to attack me(knock on wood). The three main reasons that i suspected the tgc website was
a) the first onslaught of spyware and adware begin the same day i downloade the update to 5.8

b)the three times now that i had been notified of a trojan trying to attack me was while i was surfing this site.

c)the same exact adware programs continue to show up on my virusscans, even after i delete and qurantine them.

I am currently using the most up to date version of mcafee security center. The file that mcafee found was called "wupdt.exe" I cannot move delete or qurantine this file in any way. I even tried in dbpro to delete it, then when that didn't work, i tried to move it onto a floppy disc to get it off my computer using dbpro, and all it did was create a shortcut of itself and put it on the floppy disc.
It cant trace this attack, and although i am not positive about it, this website seems to be the cause.

Well, if this site was the source everyone (well, everyone who didn't have a decent AV program) would be infected. Which they're not...
You may also have spyware on your system - try Lavasoft's Ad-ware to get rid of it.

See http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.imiserv.html

Should be easy to get rid of.

Oh, and get rid of McAfee... NOD32 is very good...

Go to http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml and download the exe (rather than the cpl) and see if the wupdt.exe attaches itself to anything on startup. If it does, remove it.

Invest in adaware pro (at http://www.lavasoft.com), if not only for the adwatch plugin. I find it an invaluable tool. Run that, to see when changes are made to the registry, and if the wupdt.exe tries to reattach itself, deny it.

Restart the computer in safe more (hit F5 or F8 as its booting up, don't remember which), and delete the file, and any other malicious software.

Edit: fixed links

"wupdt.exe" is windows update i believe, not relating to darkbasic pro or this site. (thought i'm not 100% on that)

[Edit - Nevermind, i'm a dumb ass.... Just make a google/askjeeves.com search on removing wupdt.exe]
