So I have a website, and I can access the control panel and all just fine. But when I try to access the actual files(index.php), i get "Connection was refused" type error. Other people said the site works just fine...has this ever happened to anyone? how can I fix it?

The Site By The Way Is Here

Thanks in advance

Well support finally contacted me and turns out my ip range was being caught in the server firewall. Its all fixed now. As for you hating my site because of a "hacking" part, i really don't care. There is absolutely nothing wrong with hacking and ethical cracking, as long as it doesn't go into the illegal side of things.

yet you have two password cracker links on that page, which we know what they are used for. its almost as if you think owning a lockpicking set is alright as long as your only picking your own locks, yet your lockpicks are available to anyone as if your promoting the tools with links directly on your site.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 

Well the reason I have specific tools posted is for learning purposes. As long as I urge viewers to use them legally and for learning or system testing only, than I think there should not be a problem. If I happen to get a few dumb users that choose to use it for other reasons, that is not my fault...it can be blamed on their stupidity. Also, any member I find out that is using any information from my site for malicious purposes will be posted in a special hall of shame section I am working on. I am in no means promoting illegal cracking...so I think im still in the right here.

you learn nowt with tools, they do thier job; you don't have to think. so that argument is flawed right there.

personally i thought the whole 'this is not a blog' crap at the bottom was just one of those paragraphs that makes me hope that those guys who keep following you home will eventually say screw it and actually grab you beating the seven bell of poop out of you that some of us really wish we could be there in person to help with.

Uhmm...what? Those tools are very good for system and network security testing. Some of the best that are free in that case. If you would like to show me a better, quicker, easier way, than I would like to hear it. Of course those tools do their job...hence the reason why they are considered "good". As for the rest of you so called argument, well...im not even going to go there. Even if any of it had made any sense...it has no relavence at all.

Seriously now...what are you trying to prove?

People shouldnt judge someone negativly just because they hack. Its more of a practice to expand your knowledge of using logic.

who cares if he has a password retrival program linked on his site.
whats he going to do with his own system password? get into his own system and steal his own files? OMG

Yes i know. you can do more. but its more complicated to do that type of stuff and most people wont have the time to wait 2-4 days of uninturpted computer time to brute force a password.

its a redirection. let it go.
