Hey, I will supply the 3d models and game desighn, and I would like you to have a go at the coding, I am new to the coding of DBC but have some cool game ideas. The name of this game is Battle Knights and is to be free, but if it's good and people like it there will surely be a sequel with more weapons, more armour, more moves and more and better maps. We could grow to be something professional and you will share in the credits and any money earned from it, maybe as much as 50%!. The game idea is basically that there are two knights that dual for gold and rank, unlike most games of this genre you are in control of every move, attack and defence, there are multiple attacks and defence moves and you will need to use them all, (blocking with sword), death blow feature where whichever limb is hit for the third time is cut off in a gory sattisfying animation. I wanted this game to be an online game in it's glory, but if you don't know how to do online coding it's ok if u can get it to the finished singleplayer stage, I'll get someone else to do the coding for online play. Whats important is that you have time and interest to put towards this game over the next few weeks/months, however long it takes (shouldn't be too long it's fairly simple). If your interested please add me to your MSN messenger at [email protected] and well chat about it when wer'e online. Have a look at these screenshots of what the game will most prolly look like. Does it look like something you'd be interested in being a part of? If so please reply to this post.

It's a great Idea, but just from curiosity, don't want this topic to be locked or anything, but wouldn't this count as a team request?

Anyway, I can help with the coding I've been at DBC for months now, making text based and 3D games. So I can help if you want.

Enjoy Life while your still alive.
Enjoy a recees anytime!

For a map creation, you can use my map editor, Map Edit. It is almost done, about 90%, and is very easy to use.

It currently is only for DBP, but I will release a DBC version soon also.

I'll let this one lie (rather than my normal way of flaming everything of this sort), because I feel like being nice today and you've also actually offered to do something yourself.
http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=team_requests. Ahem.

This has potential to be a great project, perhaps even a proper 'community/open-source' one - Atm, the 'FPS Community Project' (in the WIP board) is developed behind closed doors... If everybody is given the chance to contribute to the code, you could end up with something pretty neat.
