it's faster than the latest edition and automaticly cuts sound reccording. From there, a 30sec clip can eaisly hit 90megs, so hit VirtuaDub, set it on 640x480 res, XviD codec, and save as an AVI (can't remember if it supports .wmv) Then use .RAR compression. That should cut it down to ~1-2megs.
Or, instead of VirtuaDub, you can try Windows Movie Maker... it's supposed to be really good, but considering how I've never managed to download sp2 I don't have WMM
(WMM only comes with sp2)
