I know that, this may be very strange to talk about (exploits and hacking) here in this forum.
I posted this thread here because, I know that, here I can fiend a lot of very skilled person and helpful men, also this may be a new interesting topic.

A lot of web pages have a ready made exploits (in C or C++ language)

I have windows OS,
1- How can I use ( Cygwin) to compile these exploits to executable?
2- Shall I compile them to (exe) or Lunix excutable?
3- How can I send them to victim PC
4- After sending them,…. What is expected to be happened ??
5- What shall I do after that to (download and execute) a server.exe file on victim PC

I wish i could fiend someone how could answer me

you have two chances of this not being locked, buckleys and none.
Sorry but its too dubious to allow to proceed with discussion.
as a rule break down your questionsinto smaller managable sizes and ask on the programming section of this forum if its language related.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 
