Not quite, and if it is, Peter_ has yet to give me it...however, I got most of the coding done, and am now merely waiting on Peter_... oh yea, I made a fruity type bonus!(I had forgotten that feature in the earlier releases of the game )

here's the new robot + robot spawn...sorry it took me so long, but now that Rachael's friends went back i should be able to work back at 100% effeciency
(for anybody who is curious we had 17 college students come from mississippi with my sister rachael because their college had no water or electricity or anything really, so they came here and 9 stayed at our house...so i've been extremely pre-occupied lately )

if anybody steals them then i'll gut der eye out arrrr

Update: demo will be comin' soon: I have a apple bonus, a kind of cool ghost respawn tower, three levels, collapseable floors, and a bit more.

Cool! I liked the feel of the game, and it was very pacmanish. But I had a problem the first time I played, where I got stuck in the middle of a path and couldn't move, and the shift key appears to make the level invisible. I also felt that everything moved too fast. If you could slow down the game just a bit, that would be great. Otherwise, nice demo!

And just curious, but why is he blue instead of yellow?

hehe, because we made him all slightly different...Pak-Person...instead of Pac-Man, and blue instead of yellow...

so no real reason besides being original

oh and if you hit the "2" key you get a bird's eye view, which i find much easier to use

[edit] btw flynn it seemed to me that the collision was still messed up...

New Demo!

New features include (but are not limited to)
-A better looking menu
-A more informative menu
-Options screen has a speed scroll-setting
-Options screen also has a volume setting

Cool! But I'm not very good at pacman games, so the later levels were a little too much for me. But still, great demo!

only thing you should fix that I can think of is make losing return you to the menu instead of exiting you out, and add some more views, as I had some trouble with the multi-layer levels.

I'm interested... And I think new textures are just the kind of polish that could get people interested. People talk about how graphics are the last thing to worry about, and that's very true. But it seems that many people judge mostly by how good a game looks.

But if you do start a new thread, don't call it a 3d pacman remake in the title. People seem to look a threads more when they have a good title, and say they have screens or a demo (or both). I think you should re-name this Pak-Person 3D, rather than 3D Pak-Person. It just sounds better.

Oh, sorry. When I got past the first level, the above view was always obscured by overhead platforms, and the normal veiw had simmilar problems.

yeah, flynn...same thing happened to me (oh, and i found out it wasn't just when i beat the level on view 2...it was just view 2 was messed up on the next level)

you have to forgive 'flindiana' he never uses the overhead view so he didn't notice when somewhere along the way it got bugged

oh, and i agree about the "pak person 3D" bit...makes it sound more...like an action figure set!
