changed monitors recently?
updated your video card drivers recently?
what was the last thing you installed after it started to happen?

No monitor change, installed the newest drivers for my card, but my sister installed bearshare but I got rid of it as soon as I found out about it, along with its spyware and viruses, so I think im good there, but last time I installed thoose drivers from the BF2 demo some things were also messed up, maybe ill go back to my old drivers untill newer ones come out again. I post my results back in a bit.
