Can you write a DB program with out ever using them? This must be a new comand because I don't remember it in previous versions?

I'm 75 years old and as sharp as the head end of a Tack!

I suppose you are asking if a DB program can be written, which doesn't run within a window, but in fullscreen. This is the default setting. I believe the full default screen settings are 800X600X16 fullscreen. To run a program within a window takes the enhanced version of DB, and the settings must be set to so within the program itself.
