now ive seen where you have to have a heightmap bmp file but how do i make one and how do i set terrain

To create the height map, use geoscape or try and make one in paint. Im sure there are other programs that create heightmaps but I am unsure of them.

Please dont double post your question, your last post on heightmaps is still on the first page

get total terrain, that makes a heightmap, and its fast and you can see your landscape as you make it

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120...
