they both have good tutorials...modelling isnt hard...its like scripting...you have to learn it, you just cant sit there model missis mona lisa on the first try(well...you probbably could because shes so ugly...)...
so i guess what im saying is, i could model those things for you, but then what would you do the next time you needed a model? you would post it on these forums and ask for them...and thats not how you build a game. if you want custom models...you have to learn how to model.
german: just retexture one of the included models
cop car:use a car model and add a rectangle on top
swat van: really easy...one big huge rectangle on the back
police officer: again, retexture the included models.
P.S. dont take this as a rude comment...its not. im just saying, if people keep doing all this stuff for you, you will end up with a game that is not even yours...
