I just purchased DarkMatter 1, I get a "The compressed (zipped) forlder is corrupt or invalid" error. I get one item to extract---and it's empty...I've contacted tech support, but are ther any "fix" that I could try?

Wait on Tech Support. You cannot uncorrupt a corrupted zip file.
