has anyone had any trouble logging in?

As of last night I\'ve not been able to log into msn, I used my gmail and hotmail accounts and neither worked, is anyone having the same problem or is it just something to do with my computer?

NOOOOOO!!!! ITS THE ADS!!!!!!!! I get tonnes of them, thats why I stop using IE explorer, because just going on there I get tonnes of adware downloaded! So I'm safe with Opera and firefox, but i still get pop up ads from internet explorer now and then (EVIL!!!!)

I'll try again, my internet hasn't exactly been that great since last night, maybe its a local BT broadband servers problem or something

counterspy is reported to be one of the best spyware blockers... (PC World) although it is a little pricy. Also Download Spy Bot (Search and Destroy) it is no longer updated, but it has features to block a "BIG" list of bad hosts and block some bad downloads.

sweet, I might try that, my norton is down, because it wants and update, its the 2002 edition so its old in the sense of virus's, GogetaX sent me one over MSN (a while back), he says its better than my nortons, so I'll try that now my norton won't let me use it.

And I'm gonna try webmessenger considering its still down, and firefox is not detecting the main website of TGC I'm accessing the forums via using forum. rather than www. is something wrong?
I think my BT server is being a little evil, Opera was being very slow, no msn, I'm guessing the TGC problem is not a error of tgc, and well Firefox seems to be doing fine, and well my adware is able to gets quick connection from the net, but I'm not gonna use IE if firefox starts being slow

If you want to talk about slow... Fire Fox is the way to go.

Hey that rhymes.

Fire Fox has a small memory loop inside it. It will slowly drain your memory the longer you leave it on. I left it on for 10 hours and came back. it went from 20 to 40. IE went from 18 to 28.

Fire Fox is... Okay... but I don't notice much of a difference.

NOTE: IE DOES block ALL popups, you just need to turn it all the way on.

cool, um can someone do me a favour, can you check if this site works,

webmessenger.msn.com

because it doesn't on my PC, I think firefox is best, I like Opera because it doesn't clutter up my tool bar when I have more than one page open and remembers all of my passwords better, and well firefox is working at the mo and Opera is doing nothing, so I guess that justifies Firefox's quality

I use Roboforum... well the 5.7.1 demo...

"To use Web Messenger, your web browser must allow pop-up windows. For information about allowing pop-up windows, see the instructions for your pop-up blocking software."

The site works in IE and FireFox...

Note... how do you fix FireFox's problem with the code snipits...

What makes you think it doesnt get updated? I just got updates today, and almost every second day from the past week... they update quite frequently.

weew my msn works and all of my websites work too, so, well I guess it was a server problem, now you can go off in your off topic talk

What about Spy Spotter, I've got that one

Ahhhh I just realise, my spy spotter didn't have any adware/spyware selected to prevent, no wonder I keep getting loads
