A program that can record a clip of a part of your game, that can be put together to make a trailer, which you can also add music to!

From now on, I'll be speakin kinda french accent for the fun of it...

What your probably looking for is a capture card, these devices/programs can be used to capture video clips from your TV/Compuer.

Go to google and search for "capture card" and you'll come up with a lot of good sites recommending software.

Just as a side note the software isnt usually free, in fact I've yet to find a free one other than demo trial versions that suck.

www.fraps.com

Free version has a watermark (small) and exports to a limited but satisfyingly large resolution and somewhat reduced quality. Import into Windows Movie Maker and edit away.
